We endeavour to ensure that the information provided about Upper Lodge Farm is correct; however there may be detail changes by the time that the booking is made so please ensure that you check these details.
Pets
May be brought by prior arrangement only. Dogs are only accepted on the strict understanding that they are kept under control, (Upper Lodge Farm house is adjacent to a small working farm). They are not permitted in the bedrooms or on the furniture, nor should they be left in the property unsupervised. Any damage caused will be charged. Please bring your dogs bed. We do accept cats providing the furnishings are fully respected and not damaged. Please provide your own litter trays which must be kept clean. An additional cleaning charge of £100 will be levied if these terms are not respected.
Duvets & Bed Linen
Duvets and bed linen are provided. Bath towels are also provided.
Breakages
Lost goods or damaged property must be reported and paid for before departure. If damages occur and are not reported the person who made the booking is totally responsible for any costs incurred.
Check in and Check Out
All Tenancies begin at 2.00pm on the first date of the booking and end at 10.00am on checkout day.
Every endeavour is made to ensure that the cottage is clean for your arrival and it is requested that it is left clean and tidy on your departure.
In the event of a circumstance outside of our control (e.g. fire, flood etc), with your agreement, we will either:
- Endeavour to find a suitable alternative accommodation or
- Refund your payment in full.
You may consider taking out Holiday Insurance.
Complaints
Any difficulties with the property during your stay must be reported on 01183 272 878. This is the quickest way of resolving any problems that might occur.
